My Wellness Routine
Routine and ritual are inexplicably important. Here is an overview of how I attempt to manage my life to maximize my health and well being.
Morning
- Wake up
- Drink water (and throughout the day)
- Walk and feed dog
- Gratitude journaling
- Meditate
- Exercise
- Eat breakfast
- Work or some other activity
Afternoon
- Mobility training or yoga
- Eat lunch
- Work or some other activity
- Nap
Evening
- Eat dinner
- Write down and discard into the trash any negative thoughts
- Read or some other relaxing activity
- Yoga
- Sleep
